As the founder and CEO of Alidzi Solutions, LLC, my driving belief is that quality healthcare should be accessible to all, regardless of location or resources. With my background as a clinical engineer, working with world-renowned hospitals, I’ve witnessed firsthand the transformative impact that high-caliber  & organized clinical management of medical equipment can have on patient care.

Growing up in Togo, I experienced the challenges of accessing reliable healthcare, both personally and within my family. These experiences sparked my passion for building a better healthcare system. In 2024, I launched Alidzi Solutions after developing a global network of doctors and healthcare administrators across the USA, West Africa, and Europe. The Alidzi name was inspired by my grandfather, Ayaovi Alidzi Christian Adekpolvi. Educator and Together, we’ve identified the critical needs of healthcare systems and the obstacles that must be addressed. I am confident that through collaboration, creativity, and unwavering passion, we can drive meaningful change in the industry. At Alidzi Solutions, we are committed to modernizing healthcare and fostering innovation that will shape the future of care delivery.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about travel, music, and spending quality time with my loved ones. I’m a firm believer in connecting over food, and I’m always excited to explore new culinary experiences. I value building relationships with like-minded individuals who share a passion for healthcare (or food!). I’m dedicated to making Alidzi Solutions not only a company that challenges industry norms but also one that creates lasting, positive impacts on the lives of our customers, employees, and partners.
